1. How much of a part can values truly play in the success of a company like One Smooth Stone?
One smooth stone wouldn't be in the ladder of success if if values including demeanor is not indeed, so I can say that enough and appropriate values are being applied in the said company.
2. What characteristics of One Smooth Stone make it necessary to have a flat and decentralized structure as opposed to a rigid, command and control hierarchical structure?
They follow the principles and styles of organization as professed by some of the original theorists of organization such as Fayol and Weber by won’t allow an organization the flexibility necessary to react to market conditions and the needs of workers,and they hire highly skilled and empowered workers to work in teams on customized client projects.
